Shipping and Returns

Domestic

Orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number in a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Orders typically arrive 2-4 days after shipping.

International

International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS international, depending on your choice at checkout, and typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs processing time. Since I cannot pay import fees and taxes in advance, the recipient is responsible for any import fees that may apply in their country. If you're not sure whether customs fees are charged in the destination country, please get in touch with a local post office before purchasing.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items send within 3–5 days of ordering. However, some items on my site are made upon ordering, and take additional processing time before they are shipped. Items with longer processing times are noted on their product pages. 

Returns and exchanges

If your piece arrives any less than perfect, please get in touch as I'm happy to accept a return or exchange for another item. If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship within 20 days of delivery. I offer free resizes on most rings (except one-of-a-kind rings, noted on their product pages). If you'd like to return, resize, or exchange an item, contact me at rachel@upscalehare.com.

Please include your name and return address with the return shipment so that your purchase can be refunded. Unfortunately I'm not able to refund shipping costs. Please also note that items must be returned in their original condition. If returned damaged (excepting items damaged during shipping), loss in value may be subtracted from your refund.
